Kano Pillars have officially confirmed that their captain and Nigerian football icon, Ahmed Musa, has received a call-up to the Super Eagles squad for the highly anticipated Unity Cup 4-Nations Tournament set to take place in London later this month.
The announcement came via the club’s official X (formerly Twitter) account on Monday, where the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side congratulated their star forward on the selection.

The Unity Cup, which returns with a strong pan-African and Caribbean flair, will feature Nigeria, Ghana, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago, promising an exciting week of football and fierce regional rivalries.

The Super Eagles will open their campaign in a classic grudge match against Ghana’s Black Stars on Tuesday, 27 May, at the Gtech Community Stadium in Brentford.
Musa, who has had a resurgence in form during the current NPFL25 season, has scored eight goals and provided two assists for Kano Pillars, helping push the team into title contention and once again proving his enduring quality on the pitch.
