Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal have submitted an official offer to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli, with the Nigerian striker now the club’s top transfer priority ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup, according to multiple reports.
The bid is understood to be €65 million guaranteed with €5 million in add-ons, taking the total value to €70m. While the proposal falls slightly below the €75 million release clause in Osimhen’s contract, Napoli are now considering their position as pressure mounts ahead of a possible summer departure.
Al-Hilal have reportedly already made contact with Osimhen regarding personal terms, and are said to be offering a staggering €30 million (£25m) per season, which equates to approximately €577,000 per week (£486,000).

The Riyadh-based club are aiming to finalise the deal before 10 June, the deadline for player registration ahead of the Club World Cup, which kicks off next week.
If a deal is not struck before then, Al-Hilal may abandon their pursuit, despite making the Nigerian forward their No. 1 target.
Chelsea Remain Interested – But Can’t Match Saudi Wages
Chelsea retain a strong interest in Osimhen, who was previously linked with a Premier League move last summer. However, concerns over the striker’s wage demands reportedly stalled any progress, and similar issues appear to persist.

The Blues operate under a strict wage structure, preferring long-term contracts with lower base salaries. This policy, exemplified by Liam Delap’s recent six-year deal, puts them at a disadvantage in any financial battle with Saudi clubs.
Football.london reports that Chelsea are unwilling to meet Osimhen’s salary expectations, especially with bonuses potentially pushing Al-Hilal’s package even higher.
The London side faced similar stumbling blocks in attempted deals for Jadon Sancho and Nico Williams, where personal terms proved to be a significant hurdle.
