Nigerian international Alex Iwobi has been shortlisted for Fulham’s Goal of the Month award for February, two years after winning the same accolade.
The London club confirmed that the Super Eagles midfielder is among seven players nominated for the monthly prize following his strike in Fulham’s Premier League victory over Sunderland.
Iwobi scored Fulham’s third goal in their 3–1 win at the Stadium of Light, finishing in the 85th minute to put the result beyond the hosts.

Sunderland had pushed forward in search of an equaliser, leaving space for Fulham to break on the counter-attack.
Harry Wilson led the move before releasing a well-timed pass to Iwobi, who calmly converted to seal the victory for Marco Silva’s side.
The nomination comes exactly two years after Iwobi won Fulham’s February Goal of the Month award in 2024, underlining his continued attacking impact for the club.

Iwobi joined Fulham from Everton in September 2023 and has since established himself as an important attacking option for the west London club.
