Nigeria forward Bamidele Yusuf continued his impressive season in Europe by scoring his 10th goal of the campaign as Ferencváros were held to a 1–1 draw by Panathinaikos in the UEFA Europa League.
The 24-year-old gave the Hungarian champions the lead shortly after the hour mark at the Groupama Aréna, calmly converting from the penalty spot in the 62nd minute to cap another assured performance.
Ferencváros looked set to extend their unbeaten run with a victory until the visitors struck back late on, with substitute winger Anass Zaroury finding the net minutes after his introduction to earn Panathinaikos a share of the points.

The draw keeps Ferencváros unbeaten in the competition and leaves them seventh in the league-phase standings on 15 points, firmly in contention for automatic qualification to the round of 16.
They will now turn their focus to their final league-phase fixture next Thursday, when they travel to face Nottingham Forest, home to Nigeria internationals Ola Aina and Taiwo Awoniyi. A win in that match would secure a top-eight finish, allowing the Hungarian side to bypass the play-offs.
Panathinaikos, meanwhile, boosted their hopes of reaching the knockout rounds with the result. The Greek side move up to 19th in the standings and know that victory in their final league-phase match against Roma would guarantee at least a place in the play-offs.
