Police Ladies of Ghana will also feature, after clinching the 2024/25 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League title. This marks their debut in the regional qualifiers, becoming Ghana’s third-ever representative in the competition after Hasaacas Ladies and Ampem Darkoa Ladies.

Edo Queens, last year’s winners of the WAFU B Qualifiers, will not be defending their title this time. Their standout striker, Emem Peace, finished the previous edition as the top scorer with six goals.
