Nigerian football icon Mutiu Adepoju has sent a strong message to Samuel Chukwueze: don’t give up on AC Milan just yet.
Chukwueze, who made a high-profile move from Villarreal to the Italian giants in 2023, has struggled for consistent minutes on the pitch. With rumors swirling about a possible summer exit, the pressure is mounting.
But Adepoju believes leaving now could backfire.
“Chukwueze hasn’t had a solid run at Milan, but walking away now might only lead to the same challenges elsewhere,” Adepoju told RG.

At just 25, Chukwueze still has time to turn things around in Italy just as he did in La Liga.
“He needs to focus, earn his spot, and push through. That’s the only way to grow.”

Despite whispers from Milan News that the club may consider offers for him this summer, the Nigerian winger is reportedly determined to end the season on a high note either to win over Milan’s coaching staff or attract a serious bid from the likes of Sérgio Conceição’s side.
