Super Falcons midfielder Jennifer Echegini scored her first goal of the season as Paris Saint-Germain eased to a 4–1 win over Saint-Étienne in the French top flight.
PSG, aiming to rebound after consecutive Champions League defeats, made a fast start with Sakina Karchaoui scoring inside six minutes. Romee Leuchter doubled the lead from the penalty spot just before half-time.
Saint-Étienne briefly threatened a comeback when Laura Munk Hermann struck in the 58th minute, but Isabela’s close-range header restored PSG’s control with ten minutes left.
Echegini rounded off the scoring in stoppage time, securing PSG’s seventh league win of the campaign and condemning the hosts to a sixth defeat this season.
