Former Super Eagles winger Victor Moses could be set for a move to the Major League Soccer, with talks ongoing between his representatives and New York Red Bulls.
The 34-year-old is a free agent after parting ways with Luton Town at the end of the 2024/25 season. His time with the Hatters was marred by injuries, limiting him to just 18 appearances and one goal as the club suffered relegation from the EFL Championship.
Having recovered full fitness, Moses is now exploring a new challenge abroad. A source from his management agency, ROOF, revealed to footy Africa that discussions with the MLS side are progressing well.
“Victor has been training hard all through pre-season, getting himself back to full fitness after last season’s setbacks. We’re currently in discussions with New York Red Bulls, and it’s a move that makes a lot of sense for both sides.
