Moses Simon drops bombshell—Tells agent to seal Premier League move

Moses Simon has reportedly told his agent to secure a Premier League move, with Everton leading the race for the €15M-rated FC Nantes star.

Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has reportedly made his intentions clear he wants out of Ligue 1 this summer, and he’s eyeing a move to the Premier League.

According to Africafoot, the FC Nantes star has instructed his agent to do whatever it takes to land him a transfer to Everton ahead of the upcoming window.

This comes as the Toffees ramp up their efforts to reinforce their squad. Sitting mid-table in the Premier League, Everton has been quietly scouting Simon in recent weeks, with club representatives spotted at the Stade de la Beaujoire monitoring his performances.

Simon, 29, has been a consistent performer in France, tallying 6 goals and 7 assists in 23 games this season.

Nantes are reportedly open to letting their star winger leave but only for the right price. The French club is said to be demanding at least €15 million, even though his current market value stands at €12 million.

Former Nigerian international Karibe Ojigwe has also added fuel to the transfer fire, urging Simon to take the next step in his career possibly beyond Ligue 1.

“If he gets the chance to move to Italy or England, he has to take it,” Ojigwe told Africafoot. “He has the versatility and quality to succeed at top clubs like AC Milan, Roma, or even in the Premier League. It would be a major leap from fighting relegation battles in France.”

Since joining Nantes from Levante in 2020 for €6.5 million, the Super Eagle has racked up 191 appearances, 35 goals, and 36 assists. His current contract runs until June 2026.
