Nigeria’s Super Eagles will play Venezuela in an international friendly in Houston this November as part of their final preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
Major League (MLS) side Houston Dynamo announced the friendly which will be played in their stadium on their website on Wednesday, although the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has yet to issue an official confirmation.
The match, scheduled for 14 November at the Shell Energy Stadium, will be Nigeria’s first outing at the venue. Coach Eric Chelle is expected to use the fixture to test squad depth before the tournament kicks off on 21 December.
