Late goals proved decisive on Matchday 30 of the Nigeria Premier Football League as Remo Stars and Shooting Stars both secured important victories.
In Ikenne, defending champions Remo Stars defeated Nasarawa United 2–1 in dramatic fashion.
After a goalless first half, Stanley Joseph broke the deadlock in the 62nd minute. Nasarawa United responded through Suleiman Dauda, but Michael Ibe struck two minutes from time to hand the hosts all three points.
In Ibadan, Shooting Stars produced a thrilling 3–2 victory over Wikki Tourists at the Lekan Salami Stadium.
Sadiq Ibrahim opened the scoring for the hosts before Abba Musa equalised for Wikki. Lucky Emmanuel restored Shooting Stars’ lead before halftime, only for John Taiwo to level again early in the second half.
Tijani Al-Ameen eventually scored the decisive goal late in the match to seal victory for the Ibadan side.
Elsewhere, Enyimba defeated Plateau United 2–0 through goals from Paul Odeh and Chinedu Ufere.
Barau FC also secured a 2–0 win over Abia Warriors thanks to two free-kick goals from Muhammad Umar.

Kwara United and Rangers International shared a goalless draw, while Niger Tornadoes and Kano Pillars also played out a 0–0 stalemate.
