Former French Ligue 1 champions, Olympique Marseille, are reportedly preparing to woo Super Eagles winger Moses Simon to France with huge weekly wages.

According to sources in France, the club is willing to part with a staggering N126,000,000 weekly wage to lure the talented winger to the Stade Vélodrome.

With one year left on his contract with FC Nantes, Simon has become a target for several top clubs, including Olympique Marseille.

The French giants are said to be keen on signing the 29-year-old, who is renowned for his exceptional dribbling skills and ability to create scoring opportunities for his teammates.

Moses Simon’s impressive performances for Nantes have not gone unnoticed, and he is now considered one of the best dribblers in world football.

His speed, agility and technical prowess on the pitch make him a valuable asset for any team, and Olympique Marseille are willing to invest heavily to secure his services.

Simon would break the record wage for a Super Eagles star in the French Ligue 1 if the reported weekly wage of N126,000,000 comes to fruition.

However, the lure of Olympique Marseille’s record-breaking wages and the opportunity to play in one of Europe’s top leagues may sway his decision.

Simon has been in top form this season, providing seven goals and nine assists in 27 appearances for Nantes. Nantes are open to selling the Nigerian forward for £15 million, despite having two years left on his contract.

Though the energetic winger still has his contract with Nantes running till 2027, the club may likely not waste time on cashing in on the in-demand player now that he is still in his prime.
