Turkish giants Galatasaray are preparing to turn the unveiling of Victor Osimhen into a financial masterstroke, with the event projected to generate around €5 million (₦8.5 billion) in combined ticket sales and merchandise revenue.
The Nigerian forward, signed from Napoli in a record €75 million deal, will be officially presented at RAMS Park on Saturday, August 2, ahead of a pre-season friendly clash against Lazio.
According to Turkish outlet Fotomac, the Istanbul-based club is banking on “Osimhen mania” to help offset a portion of the blockbuster transfer fee. The club will also unveil Leroy Sané at the same event.

In addition, Galatasaray stores are bracing for a surge in demand for Osimhen-themed merchandise, including jerseys, scarves, and memorabilia.
Club officials estimate that the revenue raised on the day will account for approximately 7% of the total transfer cost, which includes €40m upfront and €35m in structured instalments, alongside a sell-on clause.
