Super Eagles Head Coach Eric Chelle has named a 55-man provisional squad for the 35th Africa Cup of Nations finals in Morocco.
Captain William Ekong, forward Victor Osimhen, midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, and goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali are included.
Other notable names include Maduka Okoye, Zaidu Sanusi, Calvin Bassey, Semi Ajayi, Frank Onyeka, Alex Iwobi, Raphael Onyedika, Ademola Lookman, Samuel Chukwueze, Simon Moses, and Chidera Ejuke.
The provisional list also features Nigeria Premier League talents such as Abdulrasheed Shehu, Ebenezer Harcourt, Ekeson Okorie, Chisom Orji, and Adekunle Adeleke.
The list also has some new faces like Ryan Alebiosu, Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, Usman Muhammed, Peter Agba, Chukwubuikem Ikwuemesi, Philip Otele, Salim Fago Lawal and Emmanuel Michael.
The likes of Francis Uzoho, Kelechi Iheanacho, Victor Boniface, Nathan Tella and Igoh Ogbu return to the team.
A final squad of 28 players will be selected from the provisional list in the coming days.

The Super Eagles are set to arrive at a training camp in Egypt on Wednesday, 10 December, ahead of friendly matches before the tournament begins on Sunday, 21 December. Nigeria is drawn in Group C alongside Tanzania, Tunisia, and Uganda.
