Super Eagles winger Chidera Ejuke suffered another injury setback during Sevilla’s 2-0 La Liga victory over Girona.
The 27-year-old lasted just 18 minutes before being forced off with what appeared to be a muscle problem. Ejuke was making only his second start of the season after featuring against Getafe last weekend.
Sevilla went on to claim their first win of the campaign, with goals from Alfon González and Isaac Romero, both assisted by Ruben Vargas.

Ejuke has endured a difficult spell with injuries, having missed much of last season and parts of pre-season.
He had already spent over two weeks on the sidelined this season with a right hip flexor problems.

Sevilla coach Matias Almeyda will hope the setback is not serious, especially with several other players already sidelined, including Nigeria forward Akor Adams.
Ejuke joined Sevilla on free transfer from CSKA Moscow last season and scored 2 La Liga goals with 1 assist in 20 matches.
