Tolu Arokodare, racing Genk striker, has finally linked up with the Super Eagles in London, bringing the total number of players in camp to 23 ahead of Nigeria’s high-profile Unity Cup opener against Ghana.
The towering forward’s arrival provides a significant boost to coach Eric Chelle’s attacking options as the team intensifies preparations for Wednesday’s clash at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Arokodare joins the national team on the back of a career-best campaign in Belgium, where he scored 21 goals and provided six assists in 40 appearances for Genk.
