The Denmark U17 national team coach, Morten Corlin, has revealed his squad for upcoming Scandinavian friendlies. Two talented teenagers of Nigerian descent, Chukwuemeka Obi and Ekene Chukwuani, have earned call-ups to the team.
Chukwuemeka Obi, 16-year-old brother of Manchester United striker Chido Obi, has been named in the Denmark U17 squad. Fresh from signing a new deal with Premier League club West Ham United, Obi’s impressive performance with West Ham’s U16s, scoring 17 goals, has earned him a maiden call-up to the national team. Obi joined West Ham United’s academy from Arsenal at U15 level and has risen through the ranks to earn a scholarship deal with the club.
Ekene Chukwuani, the younger brother of Tochi Chukwuani, who has represented Denmark at various levels, including the European U21 Championship, has also been called up to the Denmark U17 national team. Chukwuani is a starlet with Brondby and has shown promising skills as a forward.

The Denmark U17 national team will play friendlies against Norway, Finland, and Sweden from June 30 to August 6. These matches will provide valuable experience for the young players and help them develop their skills.
