Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen is set to return to Napoli at the end of the season following an impressive loan results with Turkish powerhouse Galatasaray.
The Nigerian striker has been in sensational form in Istanbul, netting 33 goals and providing eight assists in just eight appearances. Osimhen has openly expressed his happiness at the club, with his family also settling comfortably in Turkey.
However, despite his strong connection with Galatasaray, a return to Napoli seems unavoidable.
According to Nigerian football journalist Buchi Laba, who is close to Osimhen’s camp, the loan agreement does not include a buy option, meaning the 26-year-old must return to his parent club.

He made this clear on X, debunking a write up that stated Osimhen’s interest to remain in Galatasaray despite Juventus willingness to sign him.
“This is very false.- At the end of the day,Victor Osimhen will 100% return to Napoli because it’s a full season loan with no buyback option & he’s mandated to report back to his parent club.
What’s certain is that he won’t stay back at Napoli. There’s no confirmation or Nothing” Buchi Laba said
Osimhen’s future continues to generate buzz, particularly with renewed interest from Serie A giants Juventus.
Reports indicate that Juventus remain eager to sign the prolific forward after a strong pursuit in January.
While Napoli’s release clause is said to be higher for Italian clubs, Juventus are reportedly prepared to meet the demands and offer a lucrative salary to lure him.
