Ex-Arsenal defender William Gallas has expressed concerns about Victor Osimhen joining Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, citing potential clashes between the striker’s personality and the manager’s coaching style.
Despite Osimhen’s impressive form, scoring 85 goals and providing 14 assists in 112 club games for Napoli and Galatasaray, Gallas believes Osimhen might not be the best fit for Arsenal.
Gallas suggests that Arsenal consider alternative targets, such as Viktor Gyokeres or Alexander Isak, who would fit better into Arteta’s style of play.
He believes Isak would be a perfect fit for Arsenal, adapting instantly and providing the team with the best chance of winning the title.

“Arsenal should go and break the bank for Isak. He is a 20-goal-a-season striker, and he would be surrounding himself with quality players.
He wouldn’t be cheap, so it’s up to the board, but he is guaranteed goals,” Gallas said.
Gallas also expressed enthusiasm about the possibility of Martin Zubimendi joining Arsenal, citing his ability to sit in front of the defense and protect while giving his teammates freedom to get forward.
“Mikel Arteta might have found his own version of Rodri in Martin Zubimendi,” Gallas added.

With the potential signings of Isak and Zubimendi, Arsenal aims to strengthen their squad and compete for the Premier League title.
The Gunners have been working hard to build a team that can challenge for major honors, and the addition of a top-class striker like Isak could be the final piece in the puzzle. Isak’s ability to score consistently and create chances for his teammates would be a significant boost to Arsenal’s attack.
