In the wake of Nigeria’s commanding 2-0 victory over Rwanda’s Amavubi in Kigali, Chelle has imposed stricter access controls within the team’s camp, ensuring optimal preparation for their upcoming encounter against Zimbabwe.
The three-time African champions arrived in Uyo on Saturday afternoon, buoyed by their crucial win at the Amahoro Stadium. Without delay, the team resumed training on Saturday evening at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, with the session held behind closed doors.
Chelle has introduced stringent measures limiting external interactions, including reduced access for fans and journalists, in a bid to cultivate an environment of absolute concentration and tactical refinement.
