Alex Iwobi scored and provided an assist as Fulham beat Sunderland 3-1 in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Nigeria international delivered a decisive performance at the Stadium of Light, helping Fulham end a three-match league losing streak and leapfrog their hosts in the table.
The breakthrough came just past the hour mark when Iwobi’s corner was headed in by Raúl Jiménez. The Mexican striker doubled the lead seven minutes later from the penalty spot after Calvin Bassey was pulled down in the box.
