Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu has been voted the Turkish Super Lig Goal of the Week winner following his header in Trabzonspor’s derby loss to Fenerbahçe.
The award was decided by supporters through a poll conducted on the league’s official digital platforms, with Onuachu’s effort emerging as the top choice from Matchweek 22.
League organisers confirmed that the forward’s goal received the highest number of votes among the shortlisted strikes.

Onuachu’s finish came in an eventful encounter which Trabzonspor lost 3–2, but his contribution was widely regarded as one of the defining moments of the contest.

The 31-year-old rose above the defence to power home a header, showing his aerial strength and penalty-area presence that have shaped his season.

Since rejoining Trabzonspor from Southampton, Onuachu has scored 16 goals in 19 league appearances. He is currently the leading scorer in the Süper Lig.
