The Nigeria Football Federation has completed the draw for the Round of 64 of the 2026 President Federation Cup, unveiling a series of fixtures that set up early clashes between Nigeria’s top-flight sides and ambitious grassroots teams.
The competition, regarded as the country’s oldest and one of its most prestigious domestic football tournaments, also carries continental significance, with the eventual champions earning a ticket to the 2026/27 CAF Confederation Cup.
Several Nigeria Premier Football League sides have been handed tricky assignments against lower-tier opposition, a hallmark of the competition’s reputation for upsets and surprise runs.

Former champions Bendel Insurance will begin their campaign against Kogi United, while Rangers International have been drawn against Mojoda FC in what promises to be a closely watched encounter.
Rivers United face Sporting Supreme U-19, as Enyimba International take on Jigawa Golden Stars Junior in another fixture that pits elite experience against youthful ambition.
Elsewhere, Shooting Stars will meet GAA Akanbi FC, Plateau United go up against Cynosure FC, and Niger Tornadoes will face Bida Lions FC.
Akwa United have been paired with Kanta Warriors, while El-Kanemi Warriors will square up against Ingas FC.
