Super Eagles forward Samuel Chukwueze could be on the move before the summer transfer window closes, with Premier League side Fulham stepping up efforts to sign him from AC Milan.
The 26-year-old winger is currently in London as negotiations continue between the two clubs, according to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano.
Fulham are pushing for a loan deal with an option to buy, while Milan are insisting on a loan with an obligation to buy set at around €20m.

The London club are also working on a deal for Brazilian winger Kevin from Shakhtar Donetsk, who is likewise in the capital. That transfer has yet to be finalised, with personal terms still under discussion and medicals on hold.

For Chukwueze, a switch to Fulham would represent a second opportunity to join the club after a move collapsed in January, when Fulham instead re-signed former Chelsea forward Willian.

Since joining Milan from Villarreal two years ago, Chukwueze has struggled to secure a regular starting role, scoring eight goals and providing six assists in 70 appearances, many of them from the bench.
The transfer window closes on Monday evening.
