Victor Osimhen brilliant form at Galatasaray has caught the attention of Saudi clubs, with a €75M move now in the works.

Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has been in exceptional form at Galatasaray, drawing fresh interest from Saudi Arabia, two Saudi Pro League clubs are reportedly preparing to activate the Nigerian striker’s €75 million release clause.

The Nigerian international, currently on loan from Napoli, has been in exceptional form since making a surprise move to the Turkish giants in September 2024.

Osimhen has registered 28 goals and 5 assists in 32 appearances across all competitions, establishing himself as a key figure in Galatasaray’s domestic and cup campaigns.

Saudi Clubs Circle Once Again

According to Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira, two unnamed Saudi clubs have opened talks with Osimhen’s representatives as they explore a potential summer transfer.

The 25-year-old came close to joining Al Ahli last year, but negotiations broke down at the final stage.

Following that, Osimhen extended his contract with Napoli until 2027, with a €75 million release clause—an addition that now appears increasingly relevant as interest continues to grow.

Osimhen’s impact at Galatasaray has been immediate and decisive. The Super Eagles star has scored 20 goals in 20 Super Lig starts and recently netted a crucial brace in a 2-1 victory over Fenerbahce in the Turkish Cup quarter-finals, securing a semifinal spot for his side.

European Giants Watch Closely

While Saudi clubs are leading the charge financially—reportedly preparing a four-year contract worth €30 million per season—interest from Europe remains strong.
