Galatasaray have reportedly made their position clear on Victor Osimhen after Saudi Pro League giants Al-Hilal renewed their interest in the Nigeria international.
The Turkish champions have no intention of selling the striker this summer, despite an approach from the Saudi Arabian club as they continue their search for a high-profile replacement for former Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema.
Osimhen has emerged as one of the most sought-after strikers in world football since joining Galatasaray from Napoli, but the club appear determined to keep the 27-year-old at the centre of their plans.
Al-Hilal’s interest comes as the Saudi club look to reshape their attacking options ahead of the new season.
According to transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri, Al-Hilal made an enquiry about Osimhen, but Galatasaray were quick to communicate their position.
The Turkish giants reportedly have no interest in negotiating the sale of their star forward.
That stance will come as a boost to Galatasaray supporters, particularly after Osimhen’s outstanding contribution since his arrival from Napoli.
The Nigerian has established himself as the focal point of the club’s attack and has been instrumental in their continued dominance of Turkish football.
