Enugu Rangers are set to expand their football operations into the women’s game, with the club’s women’s team to participate in the Nigeria Women’s Football League Premiership.
Rangers Corporation General Manager, Barrister Amobi Ezeaku, made the announcement on Wednesday during an ongoing world press conference at the club’s headquarters in Enugu.
The move will see Rangers establish a presence in the country’s top tier of women’s domestic football, adding a women’s side to the club’s existing football structure.
