Nigeria have announced a 30-player provisional squad for the 2025 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Morocco.
Head coach Bankole Olowookere named four goalkeepers, nine defenders, nine midfielders and eight forwards, with the players set to resume camp in Abuja on Sunday.
Moshood, 16, has emerged as one of the most exciting teenagers in Nigerian football, scoring three goals and providing four assists at the WAFU B Women’s Champions League qualifiers in Côte d’Ivoire.

She is joined by her Bayelsa Queens teammates, goalkeeper Sylva Echefu and forward Kindness Ifeanyi.
The Flamingos sealed qualification earlier this year with emphatic wins over South Africa and Algeria. They will look to build on their bronze medal finish at the 2022 edition in India.

This year’s tournament, the first expanded to 24 teams, will be hosted across Rabat and Casablanca from 17 October to 8 November.
