The ICAP Super Cup 2026 will bring together 13 teams representing different Ogbes in Enugu for a grassroots football competition at New Haven Primary School on 4 October.
Teams from New Haven, Obiagu, Abakpa, Emene, Gariki, Agbani Road, Achara Layout, Independence Layout, Asata, Camp, New Haven Extension, GRA and Uwani will compete for the title.
The tournament will feature a significantly bigger prize pool than last year’s edition, with ₦2 million available in team prizes.
The winners will receive ₦1 million, while the runners-up will take home ₦500,000 and the third-placed team will receive ₦300,000.
There will also be individual awards, including prizes for the Highest Goal Scorer, Most Valuable Player and other outstanding performers.
The 2026 competition represents a major expansion from last year’s ICAP New Haven League, which featured six teams and a smaller prize purse.
R-Linders won the 2025 edition after beating Clemsiyke 10-9 on penalties in the final. They received ₦300,000, while the runners-up collected ₦200,000.
Individual awards were also presented, with Precious Agu named highest goalscorer, Chimezie Ani winning the MVP award and Onah Chinedu taking the Best Goalkeeper prize.
After last year’s final, sponsor Igwe Chibuzeze Adinde pledged to build on the tournament and make the following edition bigger.
“Any day, anytime, we have plans to continue and we’re going to do it better,” Adinde said.
The 2026 edition will see the competition expand from six teams to 13, while the increased prize money adds another incentive for the participating communities.

The tournament begins on 4 October at New Haven Primary School, Enugu.
